■ Carbon Brush
Lead-free brushes have been needed to reduce the environmental load. Our extensive experienced expertise for material research gives a brush high performance as well as conventional types without lead.
Two layers enable this brush to have good balance high output power and durability. The high resistance layer reduces electrical abrasion and achieves long life without power reduction.

■ Powder Metallurgy Product

Special lubricating ingredients found in graphite are contained. This sintered bearing has durability to endure both low speed rotation without oil impregnation and high speed rotation with oil impregnation. We also have developed lead-free sintered oil less bearings.
It is necessary to increase the density of powder metallurgy to improve mechanical characteristics. Heating the molding powder will increase the density with the same pressure as cold pressing.
